At V Réserve Beauty, we take pride in crafting our products with care and intention. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and our scale as a small business, we are currently unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vreservebeauty.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
