1. Are V Réserve products cruelty‑free or vegan?
Cruelty‑free: we never test on animals. Not vegan: every formula contains raw honey, a bee‑derived ingredient.
2. Do you use preservatives?
We use minimal, food‑grade preservatives to keep formulas stable without heavy synthetics. Because of this, color or scent may vary from batch to batch—natural and totally normal.
3. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, but we always recommend a 24‑hour patch test. Our formulas are free from parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, and synthetic dyes.
4. What is the shelf life?
Unopened: 12 months from the made‑on date (stamped on the jar). After opening: 6 months. Store below 25 °C and keep water out of the jar.
5. Why can the color change over time?
Honey naturally darkens and our botanical extracts can shift hue—this doesn’t affect efficacy.
6. Do you disclose full ingredient lists?
Absolutely— transparency is key. Every product page shows the complete INCI list.
7. Are your containers recyclable?
Yes. Glass jars & bottles go in glass recycling; plastic lids are PP and recyclable where facilities exist.
10. Do you offer sample sizes?
Not yet—we’re working on eco‑friendly sachets for 2026.
1. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@vreservebeauty.com within 48 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best.
3. Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made in small batches and can’t be resold once opened, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll send a replacement.
